Community Room
The City of Independence has beautifully updated the Community Room with our residents in mind. Anyone who wishes to rent the community room space must reside in the City of Independence or be an organization who serves Independence residents.
The Community Room can hold events for up to 200 people. The rental includes updated tables and seating for 100 guests. If you have over 100 guests, please plan accordingly with either bringing your own tables and chairs or coordinating this with a rental company.
With the large, full kitchen, you are sure to entertain! Everything is on-site including a full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, sink, and dishwasher. Let's not forget the beautiful granite countertops, new cabinetry and very trendy barn doors!
While hosting your event, you and your guests will enjoy the large East-facing windows offering a gorgeous backdrop scenery!
